Arturo Olivas is CEO|Owner of PCC Real Estate Solutions. Mr. Olivas oversees the firm’s foreclosure matters and distressed property situations. Mr. Olivas has extensive experience with problem real estate solutions including formulating real estate strategies with homeowners, equity partnerships, purchases and buyouts.
Mr. Olivas earned his bachelor’s degree in Political Science from the University of California, Santa Barbara and is a graduate of the University of Southern California (USC) Ross Minority Program in Real Estate. Mr. Olivas’s professional affiliations have included: Urban Land Institute, United Trustees Association, Los Angeles Neighborhood Housing Services, Ross Program at USC and UCSB Alumni Association.
